Deschutes Forest Prescribed Fire Activities

Assist with implementation of prescribed fires under supervision of qualified USFS personnel. Includes observing fire operations, serving in firing and holding roles, collecting information on weather, fire behavior and fire effects, assisting with mop-up. Includes travel by ground vehicle to and from burn units.
